Alias is a sod. It's taken quite a bit of fettling, but the mesh model is looking good. I really have no idea what I'm doing with the light sources, and so I know there's a lot of improvement to be made there, but that's for this coming year! For now, I've got a nice tidy, orthographically accurate model of my Rolls Royce Champion design brief from before Christmas. This probably accounts for a good 30 hours of work, and yet it's just a couple of screenshots, some Alias Renders and a 'wire' file - hardly seems the effort!
